You get to where you get because of the choices you make. Good or bad. It's all about the choices.
In this seven session online workshop Jenn Cusick will facilitate the process of digging deep within, so you can discover your inner guru. Thinking about how you want to feel is not something that happens naturally. Many of us go through life without thinking much about it at all. However....it is everything.
It's easy to think...Oh, I'll just buy the book and do the work on my own.
That is most certainly possible...BUT, how often do we intend to read that great book, or work through that online course on our own? And then it sits, and sits...on our self, the book gets lost under the bed, or the online class never gets logged into. I know I'm guilty of this...
There has also been research that says that when we work together in groups we retain more than when we just read something. Having people to share and brainstorm with is powerful.
If you take a virtual workshop, or a live workshop with me (Jenn Cusick from Luminate Wellness), I very intentionally lay the ground work to create a safe and welcoming community. I am passionate, and excited about the idea that we all learn and grow from each other. Even for a short amount of time, we can create a community that feels almost magical.
Clarity on how you want to feel is the starting point for living the life you want. It certainly doesn't mean that life will be perfect, or that it will always go according to plan, but it will be a GPS to guide you on your journey.
In this workshop we will spend some time exploring the practice of self-compassion.
Self-compassion is the foundation for living a wholehearted life. I believe that starting with this essential topic, gives us a great jumping off point to begin exploring how we want to feel.

All calls will be recorded, so if you can't make them at the time, you can listen later when you're cozied up sipping tea, having a bath or out on a relaxing walk.

Block One–How do you want to feel? We will cover these topics:
The power of gratitude.
Exploring your strengths. What are they? What lights you up?
Discovery around how you want to feel in the life areas of Livelihood & Lifestyle, Relationships & Society, Body & Wellness, Essence & Spirituality, Creativity & Learning.
You will discover your Core Desired Feelings, the GPS for your soul.
We will have a little time off between Blocks One and Two in case you need to catch up.
Block Two: What do you need to do every day to feel the way you want to feel? We will cover these topics:
Clearing space for our core desired feelings. Something needs to go in order to make space for making choices to feel the way you want to feel.
Your Core Desired Feelings are your new GPS for your life. We will explore how that is a shift from more traditional forms of goal-planning.
Remember HOW you want to feel, your WHY (what is your purpose) to create a plan to feel the way you want to feel. The daily choices and thoughts matter.
We will explore ideas on how to anchor our core desired feelings. One of these tools is using essential oils.
The process requires some self-exploration. Plan to spend an hour or two between calls doing soul work.

Seven online workshop sessions. We will meet on a platform that will feel as much like we are in the same room as possible.

I believe very strongly in the power of essential oils and their impact on our emotions. Both our olfactory system (our sense of smell) and out emotions are connected to the limbic system of our brains. So you will get a selection of essential oil samples that you can during the sessions of our workshop.
